The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals and how we can work together to achieve them. It's also a time for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.

Therapy is a confidential process, and privacy is maintained throughout all conversations. There are a few exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, which we will discuss in our first session.

The number of sessions depends on your individual circumstances and goals. Some people find relief in just a few sessions, while others may engage in therapy for longer periods. We will regularly assess your progress and adjust our plan as needed.

Therapy sessions are available virtually throughout Texas and Florida through a secure online platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

Unforeseen circumstances can occur. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
